Regarding developing native app for store owners

I have developed shopify app using PWA.

By installing this app,  if any customer of store owner open website, it display pop-up to install app . By click on that webapp, install in mobile just like native app.

Now I want to provide native android and ios app through my shopify app.

Google recently introduce TWA, by using that I can generate native app for PWA enable stores.

To use TWA, I need to verify website and app using Digital Asset Links.

To do this I need to add one json file to root folder. for ex. https://www.example.com/.well-known/assetlinks.json

As in Shopify I do not have root access, How can I do it?

Let me know asap, without this I can not go further.
