I JUST HAD A CUSTOMER SEND ME A SCREENSHOT OF THIS:

I THOUGHT MY SHIPPING WAS SET UP PROPERLY, I READ THE ENTRY ON HOW TO SET UP SHIPPING ZONES BUT APPARENTLY I AM NOT DOING IT CORRECTLY. CAN  D SOMEONE HELP ME? SENDING ME A LINK WONT HELP, I GUESS THE CONFUSION IS LYING IN HOW I SET UP SHIPPING FROM A DROP SHIPPING PARTNER, SPOCKET, IN THIS CASE.THANKS. THIS COULD EXPLAIN WHY I HAVEN'T HAD ANY SALES.

What exactly is the error?

I'm not able to see that screenshot but I'm guessing this has something to do with your customer not being able to checkout their order?

This could be a case of the supplier not being able to ship the product to the address they are trying to input. A solution would be to try and make a manual order for the customer.
