Trying to connect to shopify through Rollo and I keep getting th message : This app is currently unsupported. The developer needs to update it before you can install it. You can contact the developer via their Shopify App Store page or website.

Hey! I was scrolling through these topics and saw this.

I don't know how to connect it to Shopify, but I know a lot of people who use Rollo Printers and they usually connect it to Ship Station.

I reached out to Rollo about this, this is their response:

We have confirmed that this is from Shopify, as they verified the app is ready to go live but seems like they haven't pushed it live to all users.
If you have previously, installed it, that should work however for new users it's being blocked.
We already sent an email to their developers and once we hear the feedback we'll reach back to you.

And another response from a different customer service rep:

Yes, our developers are working along side with Shopify and are expecting updates within weeks.
