Sales and customer cohort analysis tools

Hi everyone,

I have a shopify store that generates a fair amount of sales, up to today I've been using excel to do sales and cohort analysis but this is getting harder and harder (and slower and slower) as my dataset grows to an uncomfortable size.

I've tried ChartMogul but it does not work for us, google analytics cohort tool is a joke (or I'm too dumb to make it behave in a sensible way), and I haven't had any luck on the existing topics (most of them are > 2 years old on the subject) since linked apps are either too far from what I'm looking for or don't exist anymore...

Does anyone here know of any service that could help me automate and scale my sales analysis ?

Thanks everyone and have a great day !

Hi,

You can try this analytics and marketing automation platform called Ecomfit.

Ecomfit automatically tracks customers information and generates all your e-commerce metrics in one place.

This tool provides not only the key metric but also smart suggestions based on machine learning and collected data to help you make actionable decisions on how to increase sales.

Hi Cyrilou,

Just wondering if you tried the app recommended above and whether it worked for you or not.

Hi Cyrilou,

I was thinking the same thing. Have you heard of Everhort? I was googling and came cross it and am impressed thus far.

It seems legit and worth checking out.  Why I recommend:

1. It can connect to your Shopify store to automatically pull your order history in.

2. It focuses on a few simple charts (LTV, CAC, retention).  I prefer simple that works vs more data and clunky.

3. Everything is cohort-based so you can see what's changing over time and how you're doing at driving more repeat purchases. Here's the link: https://everhort.com/shopify

Here is my email incase you have any questions. Raymond.nutter@gmail.com
