Seeking an app that allows different shipping options based on vendor

I sell products from different vendors who provide different shipping options. Some of them allow for local pickup only, some of them provide delivery provided the sale of their items hits a minimum, and some of them want to consider third-party shipping.

Is there an app that will allow me to split the shipping options based on the vendor at checkout?
