Shipping Hero Application

I would like to find out how to integrate "shipping hero" application into an existing store that has the $79/month plan. 

I emailed shipping hero support and was told I could get it to work for $20/ month but I need to contact shopify to integrate this. 

Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?

I need the same help, but can't seem to get any.  There doesn't seem to be an straight forward way of reaching support.  How do I integrate Shipping Hero?
