Shipping Zones

Hi, I'm trying to add shipping zones to one of our sellers in the Shopify Marketplace. The seller wants to add Ontario, but that option isn't available. Furthermore, I looked at the countries you can select and Canada is not in that list. Thanks in advance!

Hey, @Ozman 

It sounds like you may already have a shipping zone in your settings that account for Canada and all of the included provinces + territories. This would explain why when you try to add them as a Shipping zone, they aren't showing up. This is because you cannot create multiple shipping zones for identical countries/regions.
