Like others, I see the (1) when I use the Shopify Chat App in my store URL.
I've submitted my sitemap to google and it shows that it was crawled just today and last week I submitted some missing links as well to put in priority queue. But it's still showing this.
As an additional comment, I'd love it if the Shopify Chat had a few options -- like hiding on certain pages, timing out, making invisible until you mouseover or click in that area...etc. On mobile it tends to be a bit intrusive and if you make it transparent, then the whole thing is transparent....Needs a bit of UX work.
