Shopify Not Processing Orders

I added Printful as an approved and integrated app. When I created products and sync’d them they were added to my Shopify store as products and Also listed Shopify as being responsible for inventory.

I manually entered an order and marked as paid since I had received the money.The order shows Paid and Processing. The vendor has a “shipped in le as than 48 hours.”  Since this is a POD product how do I know that Shopify placed the order?  I do not see it in the timeline.
