When we try to scan products in shopify error says barcode not recognised.
It is the correct barcode.
is there a reason and how to fix it.
Did you find a solution to this? I am having the same problem. I’ve checked leading zeroes and all other suggestions!
We had this issue early on and it was caused by a product not being available on the Point of Sale sales channel. The fix was to make the item available on point of sale.
