How can I improve customer interaction with Shopify Ping Apps?

I have installed Shopify Ping and I think it is driving customers away rather. I will start the chat with "Can I get an update on my order status" and this is a new customer may be training to ask a question and the next text will be "To see your order status, please provide your order details." and then the options they get again is "I changed my mind" or "Enter your order information" and they all click on "I changed my mind". How can I edit and make change to these options to make it easier for my potential customers to reach me.
