Shopify app review time

Hello,
 
We are a developer team of Shopify App. We have submitted our app for review 5 weeks ago. The app has been reviewed for 3 times but still unpublished.
 
The problem is we never found any email from Shopify Team to understand what changes were requested to be made.
 
We have contacted shopify customer service for 17 days. We are told the emails have been sent in Oct. 4th, Oct. 14th and Oct. 15th. So we checked the  email inbox including spam folder again and again but still didn't receive anything.  The problem has never been solved.

Sorry to hear that you have been having issues with receiving our emails, I know it must be frustrating as you are trying to get your app published. I am going to verify your email within our system to see if that makes a difference. I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forums account and confirm some security questions about your account. If you receive that email then hopefully the verification has worked.

 

The best way to get in touch with our App QA Specialist team is to fill out the support form in your Partner Dashboard and select 'Application Status' in the Topic drop-down then 'App store' in the Application type dropdown. It is important to include your app name so we know what app you are referring to. Explain what has happened and our App QA Specialist team will get back to you with details as soon as possible. Please try not to contact them too often as they are extremely busy and it can slow down the process, I assure you, as soon as they have any information for you, they will be in touch.

Hi Lulu,

Our App name is FBAship.  Our emails are developer@tapcash.com or support@tool4seller.com.
I have filled out the support form in your Partner Dashboard just now.

We received the notification emails when you reply in the community in developer@tapcash.com, but no emails in support@tool4seller.com. Look forward to get reply about what we need to make changes to get app published soon. Really thanks for your help:)
