Our new POS system using the Shopify app on an iPad is not printing the invoice/return/packing lists properly. When the popup comes up it only shows the current screen shot and will not show all the pages. I have tried Shopify tech support, HP support etc. along with trying several apps and nothing is fixing it. It seems to be printing a screenshot and cutting off the rest of the page(s). We cannot print from a desktop at this location and must print from the app. Any suggestions would be welcomed!!
