Shopify link with Thinkific was disrupted when I changed the URL on thinkific for my courses.

I am no longer able to log in through shopify to my Thinkific app. I changed the URL through thinkific. Then my upgraded account stopped, my courses dropped from my products page. I cannot log into to my thinkific with my new or old URL. 

I then deleted the app. Tried logging in again and it is saying thinkific site is linked to another app. 

When I called thinkific they said everything is good on their end and that payment for upgraded service seemed to be pending on stripe. They said contact Shopify and there is no where to contact shopify or any information on fixing this issue in the forums. Please help. Password and email is all up to date and i have tried logging in under my old URL as well. No luck.
