Just bought the package Stock Sync 20 dollars, add one wholesaler and surprise: Insufficient credits. Please buy more credits to continue. I am asking for an immediate refund of the amount paid. This is unfair. The package does not include information on additional costs.

Can you confirm for us here if you are referring to the Stock Sync app from our app store, or something else?

If so, you can contact them directly with any queries you might have about their product by using the contact details listed there on the app store page or by clicking on 'Get support' next to the name of that app in the Apps menu in your Shopify admin.

If this is not what you're referring to here, just let us know and provide as much info and detail as you can on the issue so we can check it out with you.
