When using a custom tee/drop ship company, do you have to print/pay for your own shipping labels? It says orders are not fulfilled in my Shopify app and they won’t mark as fulfilled until I create a label. Am I paying twice for shipping? I’m really confused and can’t find the answer anywhere or an email or phone number to ask anyone
