Trial period ended on Shopify, I have my credit card details in app called Advanced Product Options

So my trial period ended on Shopify but I have my credit card details in app called Advanced Product Options and I'm unable to delete them because I don't have access to my shop anymore. 
I used trial time of that app too, I don't want to get bill. 

Help pls! :)
