Updates for Bold Subscription?

I've been tasked to update the store to the latest version of Bold Subscription. I am very new at this, but as far as i can tell, there is no manual updates with Bold Subscription... just like every other online service, they either have continuous integration or perform scheduled releases. Am I missing something? Are there certain new features that are optional to enable or not enable for a given store? If anyone in the know could at least point me in the right direction, I'd be most appreciative. I'd hate to have to go back and say "what update?". Thx!
