Usage based charge is confusing for merchants

I have an application in Shopify that charges based on usage. According to Shopify docs, at the first user is proposed to accept a capped amount. Unfortunately, this seems confusing for users, they think that the application is trying to charge them for the capped amount. This causes application uninstalls. (That what I got from application uninstall feedback form).


Are there any best practices of how to handle this? May be how to explain users about the capped amount?
