Hallo Shopify support team
I wish to change my translating app from Weglot to a new one.
Yet with Weglot I still have a half year credit.
I want to first try the the weeks trial on the new program.
So when I looked at the Weglot app in my Shopify board , I only saw the possibility to delete the Weglot app.
Is there also the possibility to put the Weglot app on hold ?
Or do I need to delete it completely in order of having the new program on?
You would want to reach out to the developers of the app in order to see what their options are in terms of pausing their plan. You can view their support contact info on their app listing here. Additionally, they will be able to assist you with whether or not you can deactivate their app code.
