This is my first question/topic as I am new shopify user therefore forgive me if I am asking a redundant or already answered questions.
My web url is www.houseoffett.com & major of my customers are facing a problem with the emails that shopify automatically shoots off to them. The general consensus between the customers is that the emails are too bland and information such as Tracking details or Order confirmations do not draw their attention to the right aspects of the mail. Can I substitute the shopify automatic emails with other clients if yes which is the most cost effective app to use.
Also wanted to know if the email app would draw automatic details such as order number, customer number & abandoned cart details automatically. How can I assure they don't land up in the junk folder of my customers emails.
