I took a break from my WP site for personal reasons.

I had my Shopify products (using Lite) synced to by blog.

I added a new product on Shopify.

Now I can't sync it.  I get this message:

"404 Error: Not found while calling get_bulk_products. Please clear the plugin transient cache and try again."

I remember this frustration from my original syncing. And yes, I've cleared the cache several times.


Has this App been discontinued?  If so, what is a suitable replacement?

Would you have been using our older WordPress plugin integration previously for this?

If so, this plugin is actually no longer available for use.


We were not satisfied with this integration and our ability to keep it current for use with WordPress, so it was sunset some time ago.


Not to worry, as you can still list your Shopify products to your WordPress (or any) blog or external website using the Buy Button sales channel.

You can see how to put this in place here.


We can help you to understand and create these Buy Buttons, though it would be up to you to actually put in in place on your external site as we're not able to provide support for external HTML work.
