What is the best app to generate invoices that are editable and include VAT (or BTW) invoice?

Hey everyone,

I am looking for an easy to use app that is Netherlands VAT requirements friendly. The invoice must show the tax and also be editable, i tried a few out but none of them met all the legal requirements for invoices in The Netherlands. Does anyone know a good one or is anyone also based in The Netherlands and could help me out?
