While uninstall of shopify app we are not receiving the web hook response.

The above is registered webhook. I think this is installing properly. Why i am not getting responce when i uninstall the app? 

Any one has idea how can we get responce from shopify webhook. Please help me regarding this.

How do you understand you don't receive webhook?

1) You can montior server access logs right after uninstall app

2) You can add some logs to your app and then monitor logs

Yes i am adding apache logs and i am saving the responce in database also.

How can i add logs to app?

Useally after registering webhook, I am checking with postman by hitting webhook.json  end point. This is giving me below responce.

After that i un installed the shopify app. But i did not receiving any responce. Do you have any idea what issue i am facing?
