A few days ago I defer an app that was costing me $10/mo. Today I got billed for it. I want a refund.

Ted here from Shopify, thanks for letting us know! 

When you view the Apps section of your admin, has the app been removed? If not, please delete the app as shown here

If it has already been removed, then it sounds as though you may have signed up for an app subscription when the app was previously installed. What is the name of the app? As well, are you receiving the charge through a Shopify invoice or have the app developers issued their own invoice?
