assistance on syncing the fulfilled orders on Shopify to ShipStation.

On ShipStation, we still have a lot of open orders even though we already fulfilled almost all orders on Shopify.
And for orders that has already tracking numbers on Shopify, it doesn't also show up on ShipStation as shipped with the tracking number. 
How we can sync properly the fulfilled orders and the tracking numbers from Shopify onto ShipStation?
