Hello, how can I blcok autmatical email from shopify. I am using klaviyo and when somebody leaves products in their cart, klaviyo sends them a reminder but shopify also sends a reminder. How can I turn shopify email off?

Hi @noenshop!

You can control the automated emails for abandoned checkouts using the checkout settings in the Shopify admin (found under Settings > Checkout > Abandoned checkouts). To entirely disable the feature, you'll need to uncheck the box outlined in the following screenshot:
