As with most issues, Shopify blames eBay and eBay blames Shopify; it would be nice once in a while if either would take ownership of an issue and help work towards a resolution rather than bouncing my employees around for hours with no progress and just a lot of finger pointing. This issue is not just on one computer - it is on 6 computers and various mobile devises. We have also tried various browsers to no avail. We were able to access eBay to add to items yesterday with no issues but this morning, it will not allow us in via the Shopify integration. if we go to eBay.com we can access our account.
