Has anyone else been receiving mysterious messages or comments on their Facebook biz page saying they never received their order? They're very specific to my brand and seem very real but when I check it out I have no record of their name or even an order resembling theirs (geographical location of their profile, date etc). I haven't responded as it seemed spammy but I am really not sure why or the reason and can't seem to find data of other businesses experiencing this?? It's very disconcerting and had me searching all my databases to make sure but also not wanting to respond for fear of ramifications if it is spam of hacking or whatever...anyone know what this is?
