how do i date-tag orders in the backend?

I need to date tag orders without customers doing it during sale,

So i dont want it on checkout or any other page, just in the backend where i need to order those orders.

The date tagging needs to be done manually by me.

Is there a simple app wich does this?

I'd recommend an order tagging app that has bulk/automated capabilities to accomplish this. Depending on the app, you may be able to set up a string of 'conditions' for every date of the year, then when an order date matches the condition, it will have a tag added to the order that you choose. A couple of options worth looking into are:
