Hey @vivacart,

OptiMonk is a great app that offers a free plan and solves most of your problems:

  • It detects cart abandoners and encourages them with a coupon that is automatically added to complete the checkout immediately.
  • You can create sales popups, promoting special offers, discounts, and seasonal sales to drive immediate sales.
  • You can also encourage visitors to purchase by displaying personalized product recommendations on a popup (e.g. the items they’ve viewed before or the most popular products)

Start with our Free plan and see how it works! If there is anything we can help you with, let us know.

Hi @vivacart , free apps are suitable for newbie. It gives them the time to get to learn how the business flows before loose money on paid apps. However, the type of app you're looking for is unlikely free. And if they do, it has many limitations. As the business grows, we will install paid apps eventually.

I have two recommendations for you:

1- Thank you Email Marketing Tool by Autoketing. A free plan is available. For a Shopify store that doesn't have lots of visitors at first, the free plan will meet your demand. Thank you Email Marketing Tool has great feature and simple settings. It is a great choice for beginners so I highly recommend it.

2- Facebook Chat Box - Live Chat. A live chat won't make you miss any customers. After using it for a while, I find Facebook Chat Box - Live Chat is pretty good. Moreover, it's free so I put it in the list.

Hope you'll find this useful. Cheers!
