private app notification

Hi everyone. I saw this notification on my Shopify dashboard. what do they mean by private app? because when I click to view app, it brings me to a page to create a private app. as far as I know, all my app is from the Shopify app store. am I missing out on something that I should do here or can I ignore?

Hello granelyst, 

As there are some API updates, so the app developer's need to update there app's before 1st April. Otherwise those apps will stop working on your store. 

This is nothing related to store owner but this is part of concern for app developer's because after 1 April there app may stop working which may effect there business.
