initially delivery will be via door-dash, skip the dishes etc), but if it goes well, it will be brought in-house.

(we are in Ontario, Canada is that makes a difference)

I see. There aren't any direct app integrations in order to have these on your website. They have likely kept their API closed. Your best bet is to search for integration options from their websites directly to see what's possible.
