Can you tell on which app are you experiencing an issue with?

That sounds very strange. Can I ask where exactly you're seeing this error (for example is it in the App Store or in your store admin?) and if there is an error message being displayed?
Also, is this for a particular app or multiple apps? Could you also try it on a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox and let me know if it works then? If you could get back to me and elaborate a little more and share some screenshots of where exactly this is happening it would be a huge help troubleshooting what exactly might be going on here. Looking forward to hearing from you.
