im new. it appears in my settings that i answered a lot of questions about how i want shopify to respond and communicate via email with my customers. i should mention that i did not install the shopify email app. i did however purchase the privy app which is email conversion and marketing. how does this work with the setting i already set with shopify? will customers receive multiple emails from both shopify and privy? does shopify default to my paid app plan? do i need to change a setting to not have both email services happening at once? or am i missing something all together here? thanks.
