Need expert advice on using Stocky and POS systems?

i need to chat to someone that knows stocky and pos - i get you guys and you are helpful but you are doing the same things i am - with the online support -
Its not helpful and if they know what they are talking about it takes seconds to answer any question i have -

I spent 30 minutes on line with 3 people to work out the lock screen - i finally got someone that knew pos and it took seconds

Please can some one that knows stocky contact me - or give me an email
its always the last little thngs that cause so much stress

I still dont know how to do a layby - if i can do a layby - how to pay it off - or how to close the till - i am not sure i have sent it up as it seems to only track cash -

i go live in 72 hours and cant get any help
