I want to add carrier calculated shipping to my account, but I have no idea how to contact anyone about this?

Hi @elliotsun17! As mentioned above, you can contact our help center for assistance with this, or I'd be happy to help you. Are you still looking to add Carrier Calculated Shipping to your store? 

You have three options to add CCS to your store: 

  • Add an extra $20USD to your monthly bill
  • Switch to an annual plan 
  • Switch to the Advanced plan
