I checked out the link you shared here and was able to access it okay from my side.
It redirected me to a store online which appears to be up and operating okay from what I can immediately see.
As such, because this is available online from my location, it is possible that the issue you report is localised to your setup.
There are a few things you can check from there to see if we can pinpoint the root cause of this.
First, I'd make sure that you're using a supported browser and that you have cleared the cache on that supported browser.
You can also check if you can access this okay by using a different browser, device, or internet connection (using phone data versus wifi or vice-versa) to see if this helps us to narrow down the root cause of this behaviour.
