Adapting images for Mobile Site using Venture Theme

I have looked throughout the Help Center for a way to make sure images are not cropped and resized for mobile sites using the Venture Theme. Does anyone know how to have a similar feature like Debut has where the website will adapt the images for mobile without cropping them?
