Add mapping to slideshow

I took over maintaining a Shopify site after the original design and I'm also new to Shopify, which means I am struggling to locate the proper location for inserting a piece of code.

Site: www.hicksinspired.com

Theme: Minimal

What I need to do is add mapping the second collaged image on that page, the one with collections listed.  The person who originally designed the site provided me with a set of code but I can not determine where to insert it and if it is 100% correct. I'd love any assistance in determining the following:

1. If the code is correct.
2. Exactly where to insert the code
3. Where to insert the companion RWD Image Maps code.
