Add sliding animation to announcement bar

Hello. On my debut theme I seem to only be able to have one announcement bar, I want to add another bar and have an automatic slideshow that switches between them. What is the coding to add this? Hopefully this makes sense. https://zaduonline.com

It worked thank you. Except I noticed the height of the bar extended a bit, are you able to change it back to how it was before please. Also the position of the text has moved to the left for some reason.

Great it worked thank-you. Also I have got an issue with my mobile website as well, I made a seperate post about it and am yet to get a response. Basically there is no response when clicking from anything beneath the image slideshow, I'm not sure why it is doing this but I need it fixed ASAP. If you could help me that'd be great please. Thank-you.
