Add to Cart Button

I want to do something I thought should be very simple, but I just cannot find this anywhere.  I just want the add to cart button to be after the product description, not before.  Is there an option in the settings I am just overlooking?  Or can this only be done by revising the code?  I have looked at every Shopify free theme and they all are set up this way.
