Adding Facebook Messenger to Shopify Boundless Theme

Hello,

I am trying to added the Facebook Messenger Theme to my Shopify store but it is not showing up.  I am using the Boundless Free theme from Shopify.  The prior Theme I had before was the Simple theme and the Messenger worked for that theme.  Not sure if the Boundless theme is covering the Chat Icon or if it is not compatible.  I followed the same procedure of copying and pasting the Messenger code into theme.liquid tab under the Body tag.  Please advise.

Please disregard I got it to work by pasting the code in the footer section.  Not sure if the theme.liquid section was covering it or not.
