Adding Sidebar to Collection Pages in Debut

I'd like to add a sidebar navigation panel to my stores collection pages in the Debut theme, how can I do this? Thanks!

It can be done by doing some code customization. Please take the help of a developer and hire Shopify Expert or me

Thanks for your reply. I'm not in the position to hire anyone to do this for me, so that's why I'm just looking for advice on what codes I need and where to put them. I've seen some other topics with replies but those codes have not been effective for me.
