How do you include the script without using the <script> tag?  If you just paste in the script it spits it out on the screen.

You have to include the script tag. The app will allow script tags to be saved on new templates, just not if you are trying to update an existing template.

Totally agree super frustrating.  Totally appriciate your feedback on this one.  Like I remember like 6 months ago doing this on another site and it worked fine.  I serioulsy wonder if they released and update.  Are you able to save and create on your end?

Hey Roger,

Yeah, frustrating. I can create and save with scripts.. so not sure what the deal is there. Don't think browser should have an impact, but I'm generally using Chrome in case it helps.

Cheers,
Bjorn

Not to worry. I figured it out. If anyone needs a 2d QR code inputting. Feel free to use this code. :)

<img src="https://api.qrserver.com/v1/create-qr-code/?data={{ shipping_address.zip }}&amp;size=100x100">

Means you can scan actual text if required, I personally needed the postcode to be scannable so have obviously used this data. Could be helpful if people want to add a scannable SKU or even a web address for customers to scan etc.

Hi Juan,

 I was not able to do this using the Shopify templates. However, very quick and easy to do this with an app like Order Printer Pro. https://apps.shopify.com/order-printer-pro?surface_detail=order+printer+pro&surface_inter_position=1...

This costs just $10 per month for unlimited orders. Or if you have less than 50 orders monthly it's free. I personally needed an app like this anyway to speed up the printing process of orders with Shopify not supporting bulk print of orders.
