Adding a gif to password page

Hi there, so I'm trying to add a GIF to the background of my password page but I can't seem to figure out how to do that with the Debut theme that I'm using. I've tried a lot of methods but I can't seem to figure out how to add a GIF to the background of the password page at all. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks
