Adding a video to home page that can auto play without having to click on Youtube

Morning all, 

After some help, I currently have a video on my home screen but it doesn't autoplay and you have to press play and then it takes you to you tube. Is there anyway I can make it so the video just plays automatically when people land on the home page?
