Adding additional button to slider image and changing placement

Hi everyone, 

I'm definitely not a coder, so apologies if this is a dumb question.

In the theme editor, for image slide shows you have defaulted options to add a button, headline, etc. 

Here are my questions:

1.  is it possible to add an additional button? 
2. Can I customize/adjust where the placement of the button is?

Currently, I am using the Ella theme, but will be changing to Emerge in December.
