Adding an image that fits width of homepage - Brooklyn Theme

Hi Britton,  while the wrapper looks great on my website, it doesn't with handheld devices.  Inserted images, the wrapper bleeds through on mobile devices.  Is there a force frame I can implement for it to appear consistently on desktop and mobile devices?- (like with the "Product's?  The wrapped "products" don't bleed and look great on both mobile devices and computers.)If you could advise on that I will appreciate it.
