Adding dynamic Shopify Cart icon to Wordpress

The foundation of our site is in Wordpress and we've gone through a lot of work to make the Shopify end of it feel as seemless as possible. One of the things that keeps distracting me is that the cart icon is dynamic in Shopify, but not in the Wordpress pages of our site.

Can anyone lend some insight into how I can get the cart in Wordpress to look and act like the one in Shopify?

Hey Andrew! Can you clarify what you mean by making the cart icon "dynamic"?

Hi Tetchi,

I'm referring to the ability of the cart icon to count how many objects you have in there no matter which page you're on. My issue is that although it seems seamless, when a customer clicks on our blog, or about us (etc.), the cart icon is just a link to the cart because the rest of the site is in Wordpress and not Shopify.

I thought I was able to upload two images... apparently not.

Here's the comparison image:

Thanks!

I’d really like a solution for this as well. Looking to integrate the Shopify cart and basket properties image and my wordpress header.
